Green Plantain Fritters


Green Plantain Flour, seasoning mix, coriander, thyme, sweet chilli dipping sauce


1. Cut of the ends of the plantain

2. Skin your plantain

3. Grate your plantain

4. Chop your vegetables

5. Add your vegetables and seasoned flour to your mix

6. Shape your mix

7. Fry your fritters for approx 5 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Take out and leave on kitchen towel to absorb excess oil

8. Enjoy! Always get an adult to help you in in the kitchen.
