What We Do
Join our STEM club and learn about Science, Technology Engineering & Maths in a fun and practical way, for children aged 5-12 years.
COVID Update: Due to COVID-19 and the closure of community spaces we are finding new ways to engage with our community, including giving care packages out to the elderly, delivering art workshops online and turning our surplus food stall into food deliveries to families who need it.
Bubble & Squeak got the chance to repurpose the bus through a donation to CSJV by RATP Dev London as the vehicle no longer met emissions standards.
Inside it will be a fully kitted out space with foldable desks and seating areas, creating an inspiring teaching space for children, opportunities for workshops for the local community, and a new HQ for Bubble & Squeak volunteers and partners.
The stall is run by our Bubble & Squeak children who sell the produce on a ‘pay as you feel basis’. They learn all aspects of managing the stall and effectively running their own enterprise through opening up the stall to the local community every week.

Our community events are a chance for building social integration, having fun outside of school hours and providing a space for external organisations to engage with the local community.
Old Oak Monthly Get Togethers takes place at Old Oak Primary School working with local volunteers and the Bubble & Squeak children to host fun activities such as Tea and Table Games and Bingo.
We have also popped up during the summer at Old Oak Community Centre for end of summer BBQ and games as well as our Brilliant Big Feasts partnering with FoodCycle East Acton.
