Ingredients

1. Roll of pastry

2. Selection of fruits

3. Butter (optional)

4. Egg (optional)


Instruction

Prep heat oven to 160 approx degrees

1.Take pastry out the fridge. Let it stay out for 10-20mins

2. Unroll pastry

3. Cut in half horizontally 

4. Cut 3 times vertically (you should now have 8 rectangles)

5. With an adults assistants thinly cut fruits.

6. Add two spoon of  fruits to the centre of 4 of the rectangles. Making sure there is space around the edges

7. (Optional)add a small knob of butter and a pinch of sugar.

8. Use  4 unused pastry rectangle to cover. 

9. Press the edges down

10. Use a fork to press down the edges and to decorate.

11. Gently poke  4 holes in the tops

12. (Optional) crack egg and separate the York. Use the York to give the pastry an egg wash by brushing it on to pastry

13. Put in the oven for 20min or until the pastry is browned. Enjoy
